Domestic Violence Services

Our services range from the most urgent to the long term solutions. We have emergency services such as Shelter for those survivors fleeing immediate abusive situations, help filing for orders of protection, and legal resource connections. Our healing services include therapy for adults and children, community resource connections, help understanding victims rights, and filing victims claims. All of these services are done under the a trauma-informed approach and the highest degree of confidentiality.

Supervised Visitation and Safe Exchange

SVSE is a program that is designed to provide a safe space for those parents who don’t have custody of their children and have been court ordered to visit under supervision.  The First District court refers those cases to our organization and trusts us to provide a neutral environment for children and their parents to reconnect.

Because the First District court has jurisdiction over Santa Fe and Rio Arriba counties, we have two locations for service.  If you need to enroll in supervised visitation at one of our locations, please contact us.

Our housing program can help pay past due rent and past due utilities.  We are committed in helping people build sustainability through our Rental Assistance Program RAP. Click on the title to find out more.
